Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, carmellose sodium.

Round biconvex tablets of greenish gray color interspersed with lighter and darker color spots.

Hepatoprotective medicicne of plant origin.

A complex of Liv.52® biologically active ingredients of plant origin normalizes the liver protein-synthetic function, stimulates the restoration of liver cells, has a choleretic effect, protects the liver from the effects of toxic substances (alcohol, medicines, etc.), helps to improve the digestion process.

As a therapeutic and prophylactic agent for:

• acute hepatitis A;
• acute and chronic hepatitis B and C;
• toxic hepatitis, incl. medicinal;
• anorexia;
• alcoholic liver disease;
• precirrotic conditions;
• in the hepatotoxicity prevention course during the antibiotic intake, anti-tuberculosis, antipyretic agents, contraceptives and other hepatotoxic agents, prevention of anorexia in the course of radiation and chemotherapy.

Hypersensitivity to the agent components. Cholelithiasis. Child age under 6. Pregnancy and lactation.

The agent is prescribed with caution to patients with acute stomach and intestine diseases.

Peroral 15-30 minutes before meals. As a prophylactic medicine: 2 tablets BID.

As a medicine: children over 6 years old - 1-2 tablets BID/TID; adults - 2-3 tablets BID/TID. Prescription for certain diseases. In acute viral hepatitis A, B or C: children older than 6 years: 1 tablet TID; adults: 2 tablets TID; the therapy course is 2-3 months.

In chronic viral hepatitis B and C: children older than 6 years: 1 tablet TID; adults: 2 tablets TID; the therapy course is 6 months.

In anorexia: children older than 6 years: 1 tablet TID; adults: 2 tablets TID;

The therapy coarse duration is 2 weeks. If necessary, the therapy course can be continued after a 2 week break.

As a hepatoprotective agent in the course of anti-tuberculosis therapy and during the intake of other hepatotoxic drugs, incl. in order to prevent anorexia during the radiation and chemotherapy course: children from 6 years old: 1 tablet BID; adults: 2 tablets BID.

The agent is taken together with anti-tuberculosis and other chemotherapy agents, the duration of the therapy course corresponds to the duration of the chemotherapy course.

In alcohol-related liver disease: 2 tablets TID for 1 month, then 1 tablet TID for 6-12 months.

The allergic reactions and dyspeptic disorders are possible;

rarely - loosening in patients with impaired digestion and absorption and/or a history of diarrhea.

Liv.52 reduces the Ibuprofen concentration in blood, possibly due to a absorption slowdown. The agent reduces the bioavailability of tetracycline and doxycycline.

Tablets. 100 tablets in a high density polyethylene plastic vial with a screw cap. The vial neck is additionally tightened with aluminum foil applied by the company's trademark. Each vial with instructions for use is placed in a cardboard box.

In a dry place at temperatures from + 10.0 C to + 30.0 C.

Keep out of the reach of children.
